Duties Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items that align with seasonal trends and customer preferences. Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Maintain cooking and baking equipment , ensuring they are clean, functional, and safe for use.
