Overview (Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist)

The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for managing daily front desk operations, providing exceptional hospitality, and ensuring meeting spaces are prepared and organized.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in visitors, clients, and investors in a professional and welcoming manner

Manage visitor logs and coordinate access in line with company protocols

Provide hospitality services, including offering beverages (coffee, water) and managing catering or food orders as needed

Prepare and maintain conference rooms for meetings, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper setup

Serve as a liaison between internal teams and guests to ensure a smooth visitor experience

Support general administrative tasks as assigned
