Live out Executive Housekeeper wanted-East Hampton and NYC. IF EAST HAMPTON ONLY YOU CAN DO LIVE IN OR LIVE OUT. THE FAMILY WILL BE OUT EAST TILL THE END OF AUGUST. UPDATED JOB & MORE $$$$ NYC PROFESSIONAL HOUSEKEEPER / LAUNDRESS NEEDED 45 HOURS a week & partial health insurance stipend every month! MON-FRI usually you work 9am-6pm with some flexibility in the Hamptons! Nice, gentle, quiet & formal family! Live-out during the school year on the Upper East Side of Manhattan w/ flexibility to travel & stay in Hamptons during the summer months for 4 nights a week from late June to late August. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom in East Hampton. Responsibilities: Meticulous daily housekeeping including deep cleaning, organizing closets and toys, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards. Organizing household items, closets, cabinets & greeting occasional guests. Exceptional laundry care: sorting, washing, ironing, folding, and meticulous garment care of high-end clothing and fine materials. Care of granite counters & marble in bathrooms. Alerting parents when supplies run low. Answering phones, taking detailed messages, and communicating clearly with doormen / household vendors. Setting neat table for dinner. Physically capable and energetic; must be comfortable performing tasks that involve climbing ladders and deep cleaning. Tasks include, but are not limited to: scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming under furniture, dusting, deep cleaning bathrooms, deep cleaning kitchen, making beds w/ hospital corners, cleaning out the refrigerator, sanitizing light switches & doorknobs. Tidy up for beautiful presentation, keeping drawers & spaces neat. Highly trustworthy, discreet housekeeper reliable & professional The family has 2 kids ages 5 andd 8 years old. No pets in the home. $95-110k per year/ paid time off/ sick days / health care stipend negotiable for long term
