Department: Zehnder's Splash Village Food & Beverage

Job Title: Server -- Elf Hollow Cafe**

**Reports To: Elf Hollow Cafe Supervisor**

**Function:** Responsible for the ordering and serving of customer meals with a high level of customer service.

**Work Performed:

** Provide quality service to guests

Knowledgeable about the working of "Splash Village"

Participate in "***Add-On-Sales"*** program

Directly participate in and oversee the "**guest's experience**"

Maintain area's sanitation in accordance with Michigan Department of Health

Daily communications with F & B Department

Maintain "***Service Standards***" program

Attend departmental meetings

All other duties as assigned or directed

**Requirements:

** Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to work in a high-volume environment

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be at least 18 years of age

Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
