• Utilize various cleaning methods, such as steam cleaning, dry cleaning, and shampooing, knowing the pros and cons of each for numerous carpet material types
• Familiarity wth chemicals, their safe usage, and how to operate and maintain various carpet cleaning machines
• Ensure thorough cleaning and spotting of areas requiring additional attention
• Assess and resolve issues such as stubborn stains or unexpected carpet damage

• Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• No degree required

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment, bending, and standing for long periods
