Job Details Chef ANDREW CARMELLINI and the NoHo Hospitality Team are seeking a dedicated, passionate Lead Server to join us in our partnership with Shinola, running the food and beverage for the world's first Shinola Hotel in Detroit.

Inspired by the spirit and piazzas of southern Italy and Sicily, San Morello is Chef Andrew Carmellini's urban Italian neighborhood restaurant in downtown Detroit serving authentic, wood-fired dishes, pizzas and housemade pastas using local, seasonal ingredients.

Ideal Candidates:
*Warmth and graciousness; the ability to function highly in a busy environment.
*Full responsibility for food and beverage knowledge; Salido POS experience a plus.
*Great communication skills.
*Ability to manage a large and busy section in a popular restaurant.
*Create stellar guest experiences.
*Well-versed in and able to sell our list of wine and spirits.
