We're seeking a lively and dedicated team player for the role of M Club Concierge at our sophisticated Marriott Winston-Salem location. Your Role

As our M Club Concierge, you will be the beating heart of our hospitality team. You'll welcome our esteemed guests, escort them to their seats for delightful dining experiences, and act as their personal guide to the superb amenities that our hotel offers. But that's not all. You will also:

• Provide an unparalleled service in the Club Lounge, creating a refined and memorable guest experience through our food and beverage offerings
• Ensure the Club Lounge's immaculate presentation and cleanliness, reflecting Marriott's commitment to excellence
• Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with professionalism and attention to detail
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, creating 'wow' moments that leave a lasting impression
• Support the broader Food & Beverage team with operational tasks to ensure seamless service
• Build lasting relationships with guests through thoughtful, engaging service that encourages loyalty and repeat visits

Your Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who have a basic understanding of reading, writing, and math, and some experience in hotel concierge or similar roles. Additionally, you should be capable of regularly lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, working in areas of high temperatures, and be able to flexibly work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with one to three months related experience and/or training.
