Job Details Nudibranch is looking for a dedicated Server to join our team!

Nudibranch, is a Korean/Spanish restaurant in the East Village. Chefs Jeff Kim and Matthew Lee have been inspired by their upbringing, travels, as well as their experience in some of New York's top restaurants (Eleven Madison Park, Jungsik, Momofuku Ko, Jua, and Atoboy).

We have an amazing team, and are looking for a server with a passion for the hospitality industry.

Ideal candidates will have appropriate work experience, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Most importantly, a willingness to learn and a willingness to help the team provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Qualified Servers must work well with others, have a sense of urgency, and enjoy creating a collaborative working environment that allows our whole team to grow and learn together.

If you:

  • Have at least one year of experience working in NYC
  • Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus, but not required
  • Wine and beer knowledge
  • Are familiar with DOH food safety standards and procedures
  • Maintain the highest levels of sanitation, cleanliness and organization
  • Maintain calm under pressure
  • Positive vibe and great energy
  • Are interested in learning new skills and developing your career
  • Interested in cross training in dining room positions
  • 3-4 day work schedule

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($11.00 - $12.00) plus tips
