Lead Server/Bartender (Hamptons August Position)

We are seeking an experienced, personable, and hardworking Lead Server/Bartender to support a private family at their home in the Hamptons this summer. This role will focus on dinner parties, day-to-day service, and bartending for the family and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead food and beverage service for daily meals and frequent dinner parties

• Set up and break down dining areas and bar setups

• Provide flexible service ranging from casual family-style meals to formal Michelin-level service as needed

• Craft cocktails and manage bar service with creativity and professionalism

• Coordinate seamlessly with the household chef and butler to ensure smooth service

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all service areas

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in private service, high-end restaurants, or hospitality environments

• Strong bartending skills with knowledge of classic and seasonal cocktails

• Ability to shift seamlessly from laid-back family meals to elegant formal service

• Personable, bubbly, and confident with excellent communication skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Flexible schedule, available to work weekends and evenings as required

• Reliable transportation to and within the Hamptons

Compensation: Hourly ($40.00 - $60.00)
