Bell Attendant/Van Driver

Summary:
The Bell Attendant/Van Driver is responsible for warmly greeting guests, assisting with luggage, providing local recommendations, and transporting guests to and from the hotel and nearby attractions. This role supports the front desk in delivering exceptional guest service throughout the arrival and departure experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and escorting guests to rooms, assisting with luggage and explaining room features.
• Provide recommendations for dining, attractions, and activities in the local area.
• Transport guests to and from the airport, restaurants, and nearby points of interest.
• Deliver messages, guest requests, packages, and set up sample rooms as needed.
• Assist with group luggage coordination and special guest arrangements.
• Maintain accurate logs of transportation and guest service calls.
• Keep the hotel lobby and guest areas clean and organized.
• Ensure hotel vehicles are clean, fueled, and safely operated in accordance with policy.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and empower yourself to resolve issues effectively.
• Stay informed about hotel services, amenities, and local events to enhance guest experiences.
• Comply with all driver safety policies and procedures.
