Job Summary

W e are seeking a skilled bi-lingual(Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possess excellent communication and computer skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for professionally responding to and interacting with customers via phone and email using a multi-line phone system.

Job Description

  • Manage a high volume of inbound customer communications via phone and email.
  • Process orders, substitutions, pickups, and return credits.
  • Provide timely and accurate assistance for customer inquiries and special requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the Distribution Center to support operational needs.
  • Participate in special projects or complete other duties as assigned.
  • Shift: 8am - 5pm Monday - Frid ay

Skills Required

  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) required
  • Minimum of 6-12 months of experience in a call center or fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Proficient in data entry and using multiple computer systems.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers both over the phone and in person.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Must pass a post-offer background check and drug screening.

Preferred:

  • 12 years of customer service experience in a call center or related role, ideally within the foodservice industry.
  • Recent experience in a fast-paced call center environment or related area within foodservice industry

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED

Pay Rate

  • $15 per hour
