Job Description:
Supports the events specialist responsible for planning, organizing, and executing corporate events that align with organizational goals and creates positive experiences for attendees. Events include customer meetings, business conferences/events, and team-building activities. The role requires organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Supports meetings/events at Client , headquarters. Meetings include customer visits, community outreach events, internal meetings involving more than 50 people, and onboarding for interns and other large groups.
Support includes reserving meeting space, coordinating with facilities team for room set-up, working with cafe on catering, registration process for external visitors, and housing /transportation needs for external visitors.
Supports events specialist with proofing event documentation (banquet event orders, production schedules, run of shows)
Supports events specialist with reviewing and paying invoices.

Experience:
HSD required
Minimum 1-3 years experience in event planning--organization, coordinating events, reviewing contracts. Any industry--wedding, special events, hospitality, banquets.
