Servers/Bartenders

Duties vary slightly by position. All positions are fast-paced and both physically and mentally demanding. Servers are responsible for serving large sections (9+tables). All FOH staff should be able to accurately describe menu items, draft beers and our signature cocktails. Servers work w/o a host or busser so communication, efficiency and hustle are vital to their success. Bartenders have these same responsibilities plus the added pressure of memorizing recipes of over 50 cocktails. Additionally, FOH staff have the inherent and professional responsibilities that come with serving alcohol to patrons. A valid OLCC server's permit is required. Shifts vary from 4-9 hours or more. Occasionally, servers and bartenders are asked to work overtime or on their scheduled days off. We are a relatively small crew and business demands can change rapidly. It's not uncommon for a large group of 30 people to give us less than 24 hours notice or for a sporting event to change and attract a large crowd. Reliable transportation and some scheduling flexibility is very helpful.
