We are looking for someone to join our team who loves people, is excited about craft food & beverage, enjoys a fast paced work environment and is an effective communicator.
Barista duties include (and are not limited to) taking customer orders in a courteous and engaging manner, preparing craft espresso drinks, light kitchen work during service, completing daily tasks such as stocking, cleaning and other cafe duties.
We are only hiring for someone who is able and willing to work weekends & holidays!

Experience/Qualifications
-Looking for someone with at least 2 years experience working with food and beverage in a fast paced environment.
-Familiarity with espresso and being a barista is encouraged.
-Current WA State Food Handler's Card!
-Able to work weekends & holidays!
-Reliable transportation to and from work.
Benefits:
-Starting Barista Wage: $17/hr (+ daily commission of 15% of sales, adds about $10/hr)*
-Free Coffee! While you are working and when you come by the shop.
-30% off Food when you stop by/ Free shift meal while you are working (one per shift).
-20% off Coffee Beans and Argonaut Merchandise
-Raises assessed based on improvement/ proficiency/ consideration for inflation
-After one year, start accruing Vacation- 1 week total/yr, 1 hr/40 hrs worked
*We have eliminated tipping at Argonaut and do a commission of 15% of daily food and beverage sales.
