Job Description:

Our Travel Flight Department Team is growing !

This team takes pride in maintaining our aircrafts that transports our customers and employees across the globe with care. We are looking for Sr. Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic to round out the team. The individual will execute aircraft maintenance while partnering with the Supervisor and Apprentice to directly impact smooth flying services which directly impacts & supports the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
Perform inspections and repairs of all aircraft assigned to Rite Hite Holding Corporation & report to the Director of Aircraft Maintenance.
Perform ancillary functions relative to the operation of the Rite Hite aircraft fleet including towing aircraft, aircraft cleaning, fueling, hangar duties, and security.
Assist in recordkeeping functions of aircraft maintenance, FAA regulations, aircraft service bulletins, service letters, and manuals.
Assist in maintaining ground support equipment and physical facilities as assigned by the Director of Aircraft Maintenance.

Education and Experience:
FAA-certified airframe and powerplant mechanic.
Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and repair.
Knowledge of FAA regulations and industry best practices.
G550 and or G280 experience preferred with Gulfstream or similar aircraft experience required.

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft problems.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and procedures.
Address any safety concerns or incidents with the Director of Aircraft Maintenance.
Stay current with industry regulations and best practices.

Other Skills:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Motivated, strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations.

Location:

Role will function onsite at the Rite-Hite hanger at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport.

Hours:

This is not a standard schedule but dictated by the weekly flight schedule which could include weekends.
