KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Adhere to department service standards of being accommodating, accurate, and attentive.
- Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and employees and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult situations in all types of business conditions.
- Responsible to take beverage orders from guests, prepare drinks correctly and return these orders in a timely manner.
- Responsible to enforce guest intoxication limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations
- Responsible for taking food orders from guests and delivering these orders to the guest when applicable.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations, including resolving minor guest disputes and ensuring the safety and security of all guests and employees.
- Responsible for the following: stock bar items, fill ice bins, replenish juice used at bars, empty garbage, mop floors, keep all areas including bar mats and coolers clean and orderly.
- Keep area in a clean and orderly manner
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Casino.
- Must be able to stand, lift, bend, and twist as required
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule.
- Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint.
- Must be able to work with the public in a professional manner.
- Must respect the confidentiality of both guests and company as sensitive information will be given and received.
