Qualifications:

Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve.

Ability to understand and follow directions

Excellent customer service skills

Hotel experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and displaying breakfast in accordance with the brand guidelines.

Maintain the serving area during breakfast hours and break down the serving line once breakfast is over.

Manage inventories to maintain par levels based on hotel occupancy; place food, beverage and supply orders as required.

Maintain organized and clean prep and storage rooms, report any maintenance concerns to management promptly.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
