- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service while serving food from the buffet line.
- Must move rapidly and coordinate multiple food orders with sense of urgency.
- Open and close areas, retrieve food and stock supplies to maintain inventory.
- Organize and clean service and kitchen areas and wash dishes.
- Bus tables, sweep, mop, dust, and clean up spills and empty garbage in a sanitary manner.
- May work other stations such as food runner during lunch as needed by operations.
- Previous food and beverage experience in a fast paced guest service environment preferred.
- Ability to clearly communicate with guests and staff, work independently and in a team.
- Should enjoy working with people and food with great attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in hot and damp kitchen environment with variable temperatures.
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions, occasional use of stairs.
- Exposure to, and use of chemicals required to clean and sanitize areas, surfaces and equipment.
