General Maintenance Worker II
Do you enjoy trouble shooting, fixing repairs and feeling a sense of accomplishment in your job? If so, this may be the job for you! We are looking for a motivated individual who would like to contribute to making a difference in our facility.
Principal Duties

• Mowing lawns & trimming trees/ bushes
• Repairing and servicing lawn and ground equipment
• Ordering parts and supplies
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
• Eliminating safety hazards
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Building, fabricating, or repairing structures or equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining floors, windows, furniture, garbage etc.
• Performing general facility maintenance including painting, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Using and operating a variety of tools and equipment
