Promote the operations of the Bullhead Belle and any participating events. This position is responsible for consistently cooking menu items per specifications to guests at the Bullhead Belle. Prepare and prep food orders directly from customers, when applicable or Marketplace staff to ensure the need of our guests are being met. Comply with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures, proper operation of POS system, guest service, stocking and prepping food products.

- Ensure high quality products are fresh, ready, and available.
- Prepare food as required
- Prepare and prep food according to item specifications.
- Understand and plan for needs of future productions and mass productions based on trends, historical data, seasonality, and guest headcount.
- Actively enforces compliance with all food regulations set by Mohave County Health Department, and other federal, state and local regulations for proper food temperature, storage, and handling.
- Ensure restaurant inventory and supplies have been replenished and restocked
- Ensure inventory management guidelines are being followed by stocking and rotating inventory levels and making necessary adjustments.
- Maintain strong communications with Marketplace General Manager and Marketplace Assistant General Manager, Leads and co-workers.
- Ability to effectively communicate with groups or individuals.
- Display knowledge of safety rules and regulations as it relates to the Marketplace and enforces same in a fair and consistent manner and reports unsafe activity and conditions.
- Provide a fast and friendly guest experience.
- Assist with set up and tear down of tables, chairs, audio visual equipment and decorations for parties, events, meetings and other scheduled activities.
- Comply with and promote safe work practices.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, guest ready environment.
- Comply with all food regulations
- Monitor occupancy levels.
- Enforce rules and regulations as it pertains to Marketplace.
- Follows procedures for proper opening and closing of Bullhead Belle.
- Represent the City of Bullhead City by always maintaining a positive professional and effective working relationship by providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
