Custodian

Our client, a dedicated service provider, is seeking a Custodian to join their team. As a Custodian, you will be part of the facilities management team supporting a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Custodian

Location: Green River, WY

Pay Range: $18/hour

Shift: 12:30pm to 9:00pm, 5 Days per week, 8.0 Hours per shift, Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

• Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and cafeteria.
• Ensure heating and cooling systems are operational.
• Maintain a neat and orderly janitor's room; ensure cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
• Examine premises for safety hazards; report deficiencies to the maintenance department.

What's Needed?

• Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.
• Ability to keep the premises clean and orderly.
• Ability to interact with staff while remaining professional, polite, and courteous.
