Job Title: Grill Cook
Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kailua
Status: Full-Time or Part Time
Pay Rate: $20$21/hour + tips (AND get early access to your wages before payday through DailyPay)
Tips: All kitchen team members receive tips (service fee - 2% of all food sales) added to their paycheck, adding an additional $1$3 per hour
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
- Work designated station and prepare menu items to company standards
- Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Use and maintain kitchen equipment properly
- Communicate and work well with teammates and chefs
- Be on time, ready to work, and willing to learn
- Learn and support other stations as needed
Summary of Qualifications:
- 6 months of prep experience and at least 1 year of line cook experience
- Experience with at least one of the following stations: Fry, Oven, Grill, Saute, Pantry, Pizza
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and use hands throughout the shift
- Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments
- Follows health & safety standards (cut gloves, non-slip shoes, etc.)
- Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
