Housekeeping Aide

We are hiring Housekeeping Aides to join our team at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

This is a key role in supporting the health, safety, and quality of life for those in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect according to facility protocols

• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens

• Safely use cleaning equipment and supplies

• Remove trash and soiled linens from resident rooms and work areas

• Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines

• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor

• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude with residents, families, and coworkers

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or environmental services preferred

• Experience in a healthcare, skilled nursing, or rehab facility is a plus

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
