General Maintenance Technician

The General Maintenance Technician performs maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, drywall, texture, tile, carpentry, painting, electrical, cabinetry, laminates, granite, appliance servicing, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to perform skilled work in finish/trim-out construction.
• Experience in a variety of painting, tile repair, plumbing, electrical, drywall finishing, cabinetry, flooring, carpentry, laminate repair, appliance repair and installation, HVAC, etc.
• Must have a working knowledge of hand and power tools and mechanical aptitude.
• Must meet company-required motor vehicle policy standards.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a current valid driver's license, and have a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
