Customer Service Specialist - Patient Support Team
Location: Murrysville, PA (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
Join our client's Patient Support Team as a Customer Service Specialist. This hybrid role requires you to be in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days. You'll be the first point of contact for patient and customer inquiries, primarily through phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Utilize SAP for entering complaints and conducting order and delivery research.
Act as an escalation point for complex issues, working towards effective resolutions.
Share knowledge and assist in training team members on procedural updates.
Analyze and improve existing procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay informed on company policies and product details to provide accurate information.
Skills Required:
1-3 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment.
Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in MS Windows, internet browsers, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
