What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED

Previous customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service aptitude

Professional demeanor

Knowledge of basic office equipment

What You'll Do as a Customer Service Associate:

Answer all incoming phone calls

Take detailed messages and forward them to the appropriate associate or department

Perform outgoing calls to homeowners to schedule warranty appointments

Maintain the appointment calendar

Obtain warehouse inventory

Organize inventory and develop a list of items that need to be ordered

Perform other duties as assigned
