Production Baker

We are seeking a detail-oriented, safety-focused Baker to join our production team. The Baker will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment while following strict food safety standards and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate ovens and commercial baking equipment to produce baguettes, crisps, crostinis, and sticks
  
  
• Follow GMPs and HACCP food safety standards at all times
  
  
• Handle dough shaping, proofing, baking, and documentation processes
  
  
• Inspect and maintain baking equipment; report malfunctions promptly
  
  
• Package finished products using automatic wrappers, sealers, and cartoners
  
  
• Set up and verify product labeling, coding, and packaging accuracy
  
  
• Monitor product weight and quality using checkweighers and visual checks
  
  
• Case pack and palletize finished goods for shipping
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
  
  
• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of equipment at end of shift
  
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
  
  
• Prior baking experience in a commercial or food production setting preferred
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  
  
• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow production schedules
  
  
• Comfortable working in hot environments and fast-paced conditions
