Guest Services Representative NF2 Regular Full Time

• Minimum of two years experience in a clerical and/or administrative field. Hotel/resort or temporary lodging facility preferred. Skill to operate a state-of-the-art computerized reservation system. Skill to audit accounting and reservation records. Ability to operate a computer and other office machines.
• Knowledge of customer service techniques to deal with various ranks of guests and situations. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
• MISSION ESSENTIAL STATUS : This position is designated Mission Essential. In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations (nature or man-made disaster) the incumbent is required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.
