Now Hiring: Servers & Bartenders The Little Goat (Kingston, NY)

The Little Goat is hiring experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our front-of-house team. We are especially interested in candidates who can do both. These are high-expectation roles for professionals who bring strong presence, pace, and hospitality to every shift. It's a versatile role for the perfect candidate that thrives behind the bar and on the floor.

Were looking for:

Servers who can:

• Own a section with confidence and calm
• Deliver thoughtful, efficient service under pressure
• Know the menu inside and out and upsell without the pitch
• Work clean, fast, and in sync with support staff and management

Bartenders who can:

• Handle service and bar guests with precision and poise
• Make house and classic cocktails consistently and cleanly
• Communicate clearly with servers and the kitchen
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepped bar from open to close

What We Expect:

• 2+ years of experience in upscale or high-volume restaurants
• Solid food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays
• You show up ready to work, support the team, and handle your section or bar with integrity

This is not a short-term role.
