Position Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at a residential property on beautiful Singer Island. This is a W2 position offering steady part-time hours with daytime scheduling. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, can work independently, and has a strong commitment to cleanliness and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

- Perform daily cleaning of residential units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas

- Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces

- Change linens and make beds

- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper goods, and cleaning products

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the property manager

- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation at all times

- Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

- Reliable transportation to/from Singer Island

- Strong attention to detail and time management

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
