Front Desk Receptionist

Required:

- Customer service: 3 years

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Due to the nature of the position, Bilingual (preferred)

- Valid Driver's License

Customer service skills

Detailed and meticulous in a fast-moving work environment

Computer skills - data entry experience a must

Understanding of health insurance and accounting basics

Responsibilities:

- Front Desk Receptionistwill primarily consist of checking patients in/out, answering phones, recalling patients, collecting/entering patient payments, coordinating flow for the office and conducting vitals. One must also be comfortable interacting with patients and creating relationships.

- Other Roles:will primarily be assisting patients with active rehab, therapy, exams, vitals, and front office back up which will be taught on the job as well as assisting in coordinating flow for the office. The candidate must be able to be on feet majority of shift and regularly lift up to 20 lbs. with ease.

Cross Training:We believe in building a strong team, so we offer cross training to promote confidence and flexibility.

Other responsibilities include:

- Data Entry - medical software, excel worksheets, etc.

- Assisting doctor with patients

- All employees are cross-trained so there will be opportunities to learn and cover other positions within the clinic.

Job Type: Part Time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday - 8.5 hours each

- Tuesday - 2 hours
