TheRole:

This role is responsible fordelivering elevated hospitality, managing all VIP reservations, and curatingexceptional guest experiences. Ensuring smooth front-of-house operations whilepersonally welcoming high-profile guests with poise, professionalism, andcharisma.

What Youll Do:

Greet and escort guests with warmth andenthusiasm, especially VIP clientele, influencers, and celebrities

Maintain a poised, polished, and professionaldemeanor under pressure

Manage and optimize the reservation book usingplatforms such as OpenTable or Resy

Coordinate with the Director of Nightlife andReservations Manager to track and prioritize VIP bookings

Ensure all VIP guests receive personalizedtouches, such as preferred seating, custom greetings, and follow-up recognition

Build and maintain a CRM database of VIPs andregular guests, noting preferences, visit history, and special occasions

Train and lead the host team to deliverseamless guest arrivals and departures

Manage the flow of service during peak hoursand collaborate with floor managers and servers to avoid bottlenecks

Handle guest complaints or conflicts discreetlyand efficiently, ensuring satisfaction

Communicate daily with FOH/BOH leadershipregarding guest profiles and special events

Support marketing and guest list efforts bycollaborating with PR, events, and social media teams

WhatWere Looking For

3+ years of experience as a Maitre D or VIPHost in a high-volume upscale restaurant, lounge, or hospitality venue

Charismatic personality with a strong presenceand confidence

Exceptional verbal communication andinterpersonal skills

Familiarity with CRM platforms and reservationsystems (Resy, OpenTable)

Ability to multitask and remain composed duringhigh-volume service

Passion for hospitality, guest engagement, andcreating memorable experiences

Discretion and professionalism when dealingwith high-profile clientele

Preferred Skills:

Fluency in multiple languagesa plus

Background in nightlife orluxury hospitality

Strong organizational skillsand attention to detail

Social network in thenightlife or VIP entertainment industry
