Casino Host
The Casino Host is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-value players to enhance guest loyalty, drive repeat visits, and increase revenue. This role ensures an exceptional entertainment guest experience by providing personalized service and acting as the primary point of contact for VIP guests. The Casino host serves as a key liaison between the casino and its most valued patrons, promoting player satisfaction and long-term engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in guest service, hospitality, sales, or casino-related roles.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a gaming environment or a comparable fast-paced, sales-oriented setting.
PREFERRED:
- Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Familiarity with casino management systems.
Must be flexible to work days, swings, graveyard shift as needed, to include weekends and holidays.
