About the location:
Luxurious mountain lodge in the heart of the American West. Nestled in a verdant mountain valley, Five-Star Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is surrounded by some of Americas most rugged peaks, celebrated ski runs and wildlife in nearby Grand Teton National Park. Adventure for every season awaits, complemented by luxurious guest rooms and onsite amenities.Responsibilities
- Creates a strong sense of arrival for Resort , restaurant and all other guests by welcoming them to the Resort.
- As the first welcoming face of the Resort , this individual is cordial and professional, able to make quick rapport with guests and residents.
- Greets owners and guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo by opening their car door and welcoming them. Assists them exiting from cars. Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to guests.
- Gives verbal greeting to guests arriving on foot.
- Unloads items from car, tags it and issues claim tickets when appropriate. Assists to deliver items to the room.
- Assures the smooth flow of traffic on the drive by directing cars. Ensures the drive is a one-way only, does not permit unauthorized vehicles to pull into the entrance drive way.
- Provides directions, recommendations, and information about the area and its attractions.
- Resolves owner complaints, assists in all inquiries in connection with services, hours of operations, key personnel, in-house events, etc.
- Parks cars when valet team needs support- adhering to all traffic regulations, and speed limits, using caution not to damage the vehicle and other vehicles in the vicinity.
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible;
- Resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with resort services, hours of operations, in-house events, etc.
- Hails taxis as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- As the first and last impression of the Resort, this department carries special responsibility. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills are required.
- This position requires the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs.
- Positions requires up to 8 hours of standing and walking.
- Valid US drivers license required.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
