Seasonal Groundskeeper

Location: Sprucewood Park, Creekside Park, & Island Hills Apartments
Employment Type: Full-time seasonal
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented groundskeeper to maintain the streets, parking lots, and landscaping for two mobile home parks and an apartment complex. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping our properties clean, safe, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:
-Perform landscaping tasks including weed whacking, lawn mowing, trimming hedges, and pruning trees.
-Maintain streets and parking lots by filling potholes and performing minor concrete repairs.
-Power wash fences, parking blocks, and building exteriors.
-Clean windows to ensure a polished appearance.
-Pick up trash and debris to keep properties tidy.
-Clean up job sites after maintenance and repair work.
-Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

Requirements
-Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance preferred.
-Familiarity with tools like weed whackers, lawnmowers, power washers, and basic concrete repair equipment.
-Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
-Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
-Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are a plus.
-No serious recent criminal history. Willing to work with someone who has demonstrated lifestyle changes.
