As an Administrative Assistant (Barista), you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service, warmly greeting guests and taking drink orders with a smile.
• Craft and serve a variety of beverages, from classic drip coffee and espresso drinks to specialty teas and other refreshing options.
• Maintain a pristine and inviting cafe environment, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming ambiance.
• Demonstrate responsible inventory management, tracking supplies, ordering, and optimizing resource utilization.
• Expertly operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, coffee machines, and other related equipment.
• Navigate a dynamic work environment with grace and professionalism, adapting to changing needs and priorities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a cafe or similar environment.
• Proven ability to prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $18.24 to $20.27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
