I am looking for a professional, dependable cleaner to join my team! This is not just any cleaning job. We are a detail-driven cleaning company that expects the highest level of quality, accountability, and discretion from our team.

This role includes a working interview. We evaluate cleaners using a detailed competency checklist to ensure quality and professionalism. Only those who meet the standard will be offered a position.

What Were Looking For:

Proven ability to clean to a professional standard
Strong attention to detail baseboards, vents, fixtures, nothing gets missed
Comfortable working independently in private homes
Punctual, courteous, and quiet in client homes
Knows when to use the right products (wood, tile, stainless steel, etc.)
Must be proficient at taking before/after photos to document work
Communicates well via text and uses scheduling apps (we will train)
Has reliable transportation and a smartphone
Speaks and understands English
