Position Summary:

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Cook C for Dining Services.

Among the key duties of this position are the following:

Assists in the overall cooking operations of a unit.

Assists in guiding and instructing cooks helpers, grill attendants, and Dining Service Worker B's in the performance of a variety of food items following standardized procedures and schedule.

Minimum Education and Experience:

High school/vocational school education or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
One year of varied cooking experience in large volume institutional or restaurant setting.
