Maintenance Worker - Has a basic knowledge of Carpentry work / Plumbing / Electrical. We are a Machine Shop & Sheet metal Fabricator & need a all around person for general repairs & Maintenance.
Has to be a self starting individual.
Able to evaluate the problems & work with management on how to solve the problem.
Basic knowledge Carpentry work / Plumbing / Electrical & be an all around handy man.
Must be trustworthy. Would be entering buildings & apartments to do basic repairs.
Most of the tools required we supply
Must work safely.
Must be dependable.
Experience:
2-4 years related experience or equivalent education/training.
