Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Shift Lead to join our team in Oak Harbor, United States. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service during your assigned shifts.

• Supervise and coordinate team members during assigned shifts to maintain efficient operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Operate and maintain all equipment, including cash registers and food preparation tools
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and complete associated paperwork
• Process customer orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone
• Train and mentor new team members on proper procedures and company policies
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist in creating staff schedules and managing shift changes
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with management to implement new procedures and improve overall performance
• Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be {AGE} years of age or older
• Prior experience in quick service restaurants (QSR) or retail is highly desired
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
• Ability to operate computer systems, including point-of-sale terminals and inventory management software
• Physical ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions, including standing for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a collaborative attitude
