2nd shift Porter/General Cleaner

We are seeking to hire a 2nd shift Porter/General Cleaner. You will be responsible for performing vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Monday - Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

General Areas of Responsibility:

• Men's Locker Rooms/Men's Restrooms on the 3rd Floor

• Lines 10 and 15 Compounding Rooms, Lower Compounds

• Stairs and Elevators

• Exterior Perimeter Manufacturing

• Employee Facilities

• Maintain Men's Locker Rooms/Bathrooms:

• Vacuuming

• Dusting lockers

• Cleaning mirrors

• Emptying trash, replacing bags, recycling

• Disinfecting sinks, toilets, urinals, and showers

• Sweeping and mopping floors

• Restocking paper, soap, lotion dispensers

• Replenishing supplies as needed

• Maintain Men's Restroom on the 3rd Floor:

• Dusting

• Cleaning mirrors

• Replenishing supplies

• Emptying trash, replacing bags, recycling

• Disinfecting sinks, toilets, urinals

• Sweeping and mopping floors

• Replenishing supplies as needed

• Maintenance of Compounding Rooms (Lines 10 and 15 Below):

• Daily sweeping and mopping at the end of the shift

• Maintain Employee Facilities:

• Emptying trash, replacing bags, recycling

• Cleaning exterior windows at entrance as needed

• Cleaning windows, ledges, doors in corridors

• Polishing stainless steel

• Outer Perimeter Manufacturing:

• Emptying trash, replacing bags, recycling at the beginning of the shift

• Cleaning and disinfecting sink mats twice a day

• Responding to Radio Calls:

• Cleaning up spills/leaks as needed

• Required Training

• Ensure all necessary training assignments and task-specific documentation are completed on time for both Pritchard and Alcon
