What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to associates, leading by example with a hands-on, positive approach.

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness, efficiency, and friendliness throughout the service experience.

  • Monitor and uphold health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food handling standards.

  • Assist with staff scheduling, inventory counts, and supply ordering to support cost-effective operations.

  • Foster a team environment built on clear communication, accountability, and continuous learning.

  • Support coordination of special events, private dining, and hotel-related functions.

  • Partner with culinary leadership and hotel departments to deliver exceptional service and seamless guest experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.

  • 1-3 years of experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations, with some leadership responsibilities (e.g., supervisor or shift lead).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to lead with empathy and a guest-first attitude.

  • Organized and dependable, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.

  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
