APARTMENT MAINTENANCE/HANDYMAN (weekends only)

Welcome to Oceanview Terrace Apartments. We are a 97-unit property and looking for a qualified maintenance worker/handyman.

This is a PART-TIME Position
Sat & Sun
16 hours weekly
Hourly wage starting $25-$28 with experience

Requirements:
Be on time every day
Must have own vehicle/truck
Must be able to follow directions clearly
Team Player
Must be able to lift, pull, move, and carry 50 pounds
Not afraid of heights
Can work on a ladder
Must be able to use hand tools
Clean Background, No Felonies
Must Read, Write, and Speak English Fluently
Must Be a U.S. Citizen with ID and SSC

Daily Duties Consist of:
Daily rounds of the property
Completing Maintenance Requests
Light plumbing
Light Electrical
Painting
Drywall work
Flooring
Finish work
Tile work
Wood work
