Job Details Cosme, located in Flatiron NYC, is currently seeking experienced Line Cooks to join their team.Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Responsible for preparing all food items according to standardize recipes
- Cooking, plating, garnishing, and expediting food
- Maintaining communication with front of house staff to ensure timely service to the guests
- Ensure proper food storage and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in a high volume restaurant
Strong work ethic with a keen sense of urgency
Impeccable service standards and attention to detai
* Spanish speaking plus
Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment, including nights and weekends
