Job Details Cosme, located in Flatiron NYC, is currently seeking experienced Line Cooks to join their team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to :

Responsible for preparing all food items according to standardize recipes
Cooking, plating, garnishing, and expediting food
Maintaining communication with front of house staff to ensure timely service to the guests
Ensure proper food storage and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.

Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in a high volume restaurant
Strong work ethic with a keen sense of urgency
Impeccable service standards and attention to detai
* Spanish speaking plus
Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment, including nights and weekends

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $22.00)
