Condo Building Cleaner

Only serious inquiries if you can fully commit to working Monday and Friday 9am - 3pm with another team member. $25 hour.

We are looking for experienced, go getter cleaners who take pride in their cleaning. Quality is very important and is a must!

Scope of work: 12 three story buildings. Blowing and mopping of hallways and stairs, dusting of walls, wiping hand rails, small benches, clean elevators, and occasionally hallway light domes. Vacuuming and window/blinds in one building.

Training will be provided. You will be walking, sweating, and in cooler months, a little chilly. You will have dodge rain and stay dry.

Must have prior cleaning experience, reliable transportation, communication skills, and fully English speaking. Cleaning supplies will be provided.

We will give you a 1099 (pay your own taxes) and pay you via Venmo or Zelle.

Requirements:
- Experienced (know what looks dirty, how to clean it, and make it look great)
- Transportation
- Valid DL
- Speak English
- Be dependable, reliable, and communicate.
- Have a backup plan
