Hotel Front Desk Associate Needed

Waypoint Ventura is a vintage trailer hotel located near Downtown Ventura, California. Each room consists of a remodeled 1940's-1970's vintage aluminum trailer (like Airstream) with a private deck. We also have sites for guests to bring their own vintage/retro trailers. We are seeking outgoing candidates with positive energy to join our team. Morning, day, and night shifts are available. Candidates must have good interpersonal skills and understand that great customer service is an essential part of our hotel's operation. Basic computer and math skills are required. Previous experience in the hotel or customer service industry is a plus.

Responsibilities include:
Check In / Out Guests
Book reservations
Organization and cleaning duties
Assist guests with requests, questions, etc.
Resolve guest issues as they arise
