Full Time Cook

Our restaurant is seeking full-time cook/breaders who can serve as the heart of the kitchen.

This role requires someone who does not mind working with raw chicken, possesses a great sense of urgency, and can perform similar tasks repeatedly. Performance expectations are high for this position and it is quite challenging. It is also among the most valued roles on our team and can be the one of the most highly compensated positions in the restaurant.

Job expectations:

• Cook chicken according to product quality standards
• Practice LEAN production: cook less more often
• Abide by food safety procedures
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Must be able to maintain a clean workspace
• Stand for long periods of time and lift objects as heavy as 50lbs
• Be attentive to details and "the little things"

Additional Info:

Minimum Age: 18 years old

• Candidates must be reliable, hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest.
• Must be willing to work independently and stand on your feet for multiple hours.
• Day shift must be able to work 5:30 am - 2:00 pm or 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Must be available on most Saturdays.
• Pay starts at $17 per hour, ability to earn a raise after 90 days.
