Position Information: This position serves as the main receptionist and point of contact for the Food & Nutrition Services Department. This position is responsible for performing a variety of secretarial/clerical duties to support the daily operations of the department.
Shift Details: 8 hours a day; 205 day calendar
Continuing Position: Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However, an employee's total work hours, work locations, and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Hourly Rate: $34.52 (hourly) (2024-25 Office Personnel Salary Schedule)

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
and, one of the following:
- Hold a post-secondary or advanced degree; or
- Earned a minimum of ten (10) relevant college credits; or
- Have three (3) years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience with proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and food service work.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Bilingual/multilingual fluency is preferred, but not required.
