Housekeeper

### **Position Summary**

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for our facility Maple Springs of Palmer The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate excellent time management skills, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing

- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bedrooms as assigned

- Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and linens

- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing (if applicable)

- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs promptly

- Follow all safety and infection control protocols

- Maintain confidentiality and respect for residents or property owners

- Perform deep-cleaning tasks on a rotating schedule

### **Qualifications**

- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing for long periods, etc.)
