un DAY PORTER - MAINTENANCE WORKER (Niles, IL) compensation: $16.00 per hour employment type: job title: DAY PORTER We are a parking lot maintenance company that is in need of a day time parking lot custodian to start immediately. Desired candidate will have some landscaping experience and an eye for detail. Duties include but are not limited to: blowing sidewalks and islands with a hand held gas blower, emptying and relining garbage cans, assisting with access for contractors, reporting damage to property and walking the property to remove all debris.
